Emergency Services Guidelines

Emergencies involve situations where equipment poses an immediate safety risk to personnel, vehicles, or the environment.
Below are examples of what qualifies as an emergency and the related guidelines:

What Qualifies as an Emergency

1. Car Stuck on a Lift

  • A car that cannot be safely lowered is considered an emergency.
  • Attempting to manually lower the lift without proper tools or authorization can cause further damage or personal injury.
  • Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any damage incurred while bringing down a car stuck on a lift during emergency services. Customers are advised to follow proper safety protocols and consult authorized technicians.

2. Equipment Malfunctions

  • Includes broken cables, lifts stuck in elevated positions, or cars not securely locked.
  • Never bypass safety mechanisms to address these issues.

3. Electrical Issues

  • Electrical malfunctions affecting lift operations or creating unsafe conditions are classified as emergencies.

4. Vehicle Safety Incidents

  • If a vehicle falls off a lift or is at risk of falling, immediate attention is required.
  • Any situation compromising the secure positioning of a vehicle is an emergency.

5. Non-Emergency Situations

  • Routine issues such as oil leaks or minor equipment failures are not emergencies unless they lead to unsafe conditions.

General Safety Considerations

Any risk to personnel safety or proper equipment operation must be addressed promptly. Technicians should cease work on compromised equipment and contact emergency support services.
